5. PREPARATION OPTIONS:
i) The most effective preparation is to brew ELEOTIN like other oriental herbs. This involves slowly brewing the powder over low heat to allow for the active ingredients to seep out into the water. The amount of water depends on your preference. The water is to be reduced to a volume of 180ml after brewing. You may either use less water to enjoy a strong taste, or use more water to have several weak drinks throughout the day. It does not matter which method you prefer. *However, please keep in mind that more quantity does not necessarily mean better results. The recommended dosage of ELEOTIN is ½ to ¼ of one pouch. ii) You may brew ELEOTIN in a pot for 2 ~ 3 hours. iii) You may use a microwave oven to brew ELEOTIN® at low heat for about 15-20 minutes. iv) You may pour ELEOTIN into warm water, stir and drink it. v) You may also directly consume ELEOTIN powder.
